Six elementary schoolers vie for a spot at the National Spelling Bee.

The only thing standing in their way: each other. Through countless rounds of spelling hilarity, each eccentric contestant battles to be crowned champion of the bee, but by the end of this musical, the children will find friendship in unlikely places and learn there‚Äôs more to life than winning.

Relaxed Performance

On Saturday, December 2 at 7 pm, Arts Alliance will present a relaxed performance of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. During this performance, elements of the show such as loud sound effects and sudden changes in lighting will be modified for viewers with light and sound sensitivities. Teaching Artists will be in attendance for any other accessibility needs and an additional quiet room will be available near the auditorium. All Arts Alliance mainstage productions are free of charge for audience members.
